Sent the gold off in the pack as requested and although there website says they have received it and are processing it, nothing has arrived 3 weeks later. Won't answer phone, (08007569999) left numerous messages and sent numerous messages via there website.
I notice today I can't access there website now. I feel terrible and stupid as I have been scammed obviously.
