The call I received from PC Wizard was similar to others - caller wanting to get into my computer so he could help me eliminate malicious files that had invaded by PC. He had a heavy accent, was aggressive, said his name was Paul Jackson when he could barely pronounce it, said I was being too cynical when I asked how he knew what was happening on my computer, how he got my phone number, how much does this cost, etc. I took a number and said I'd call back; he said he would only take a few minutes if I got on the computer right now and he would show me where the problems, presumably by giving him access. Can't they shut these people down under the do not call program?
