I purchased these goods online and requested that the monthly on-going charges to access thier trainer site {yourtrimtrainer.com} be cancelled and would they please notify me of cancellation. I have not heard a word back from them and I want to cancel the total transaction as I cannot contact them on any of thier phone nos. 877-763-0272 or 972-512-3978 or thier email sites [email protected] orYourTrimTrainer.com or Nutra-.com as listed on the product itself. I feel these people are shaming customer on the product plus the ongoing costs.
