I, like many others, have had money taken from my account monthly. February and This month; and yep - it was the £1 toothbrush scam! I need some advice on how to proceed. It would be nice to get my £90 back, but I doubt this will be possible. I've contacted them through their online form, but because I am working all day, they are likely to be closed if I try to contact them by phone.
