I looked on my online banking and had seen £45 had been taken out for pointpay.co.uk. I couldn't contact them till Monday as they were closed and when I finally did I was informed the money was for a toothbrush! I've never signed up to the website, never even heard of it before. I have rang several times and always spoke to the one person who told me to go online and request a refund but I've only ever had the one response which didn't answer my question. Don't know how to get my money back
