A person called asking for our printer number, I do not handle our printer account but the person who does wasn't in - I assumed they were from the company that manages our printer so I gave them the information. Then we got an invoice for 2 toners at $500 each (normally these cost a couple hundred each) with my name at the top of the invoice. When our payments person called, there was no answering service set up, their website is "under construction". Do not pay if they send you an invoice.
