I received a letter on March 4 stating I won $2,997, 500.00 on Feb. 28 2013 and I'm suppose to send them $20.00 in cash, check or money order payable to M.P.S. Well I'm not sending any money to them If I won something I shouldn't have to pay to receive it. Please investigate this matter. Thank You.
