I would not recommend Cricket to anyone. All of their service reps have a thick Indian accent which I wouldn't mind except that they will ask you the same question you already gave them the answer to TWO TIMES as they can't understand you and some of them are completely incoherent. They told me to call the manufacturer of my phone and who troubleshot with me then told me the problem wasn't on their end and to contact cricket again. They had blocked my number from being able to recieve customer service!!! I looked online as is could not believe that they would or could be able to do this and apparently I'm not the only one they have done this to! I am cancelling my service just as soon as I have the time to shop for a new carrier!
