Complaint / review text:
An OEM part had to be replaced on my 2011 Buick Enclave, and I drove a new Enclave home while I waited for the replacement part. The part was shipped three time and arrived broken each time! Kent, Bruce, and Service Dept. Manager all got involved in resolving the shipping problem which took almost two weeks. Liberty even offered to loan us the car to take on our vacation, but we only needed the car to drive to the airport.
After we bought three cars from Liberty Buick, their Sales and Customer Service continues to beat our expectations.
