I purchased Greeting Card Factory Version 9 on December 22/12. It was posted to my credit card December 24/12. I downloaded the program online and requested a backup CD in case there were problems. I've attempted to contact them on 3 separate occasions trying to get some answers to my questions. First off the CD provided doesn't work. My computer technician tried on several attempts to use it, and finally gave up saying it is no good. My secondary reason for contacting them was to try and get an answer to my question of whether or not I can install this program on a second one of my computers, or whether I have to buy another completely new program. Both computers are running on the same IP address. They absolutely will NOT answer back. I very much want my money back on the defective CD. They ripped me off. They were good enough to take my money, but not decent enough to answer my questions. I reside in Canada, and it appears I have no recourse. This company is a rip off company, and in no way should anyone buy a program from them unless they want to be taken to the cleaners. I could even write off the loss of a defective CD if they would just answer my question of whether or not I can install this program onto my secondary computer. My computer technician tried the CD and as I have already said "it doesn't work". And the link I used to download it originally won't work anymore either. I have checked with the Better Business Bureau and they are NOT approved and have been given an F rating. If NO solution or answer to my situation is forthcoming, I'd like to at least warn prospective new customers to steer clear of this company, so they don't have to go through the heartache and disappointment, and disillusionment I have.in pure English they are bandits without a shred of responsibility to their customers for after sales issues and complaints. Please help!!
