I purchased one of their kits at a CK convention where the man working the booth was very energetic and friendly. When I got it home to assemble the kit I found pieces missing. I have called and left 3 messages on their machine and have emailed [email protected] and have still not received a response. I know why regular scrapbooking stores in my area do not carry their product with this kind of customer care.
