I received a $4.00 coupon in my Sunday paper at the beginning of May. I realize that new products usually are not available right away. Over the course of 3 weeks (before the 5/31 expiration date) I had gone to 20 different stores in 2 counties looking for this product. After wasting a lot of gas and not finding it. I went to 3M on line and used their "friendly" product finder. Guess what it doesn't list the product in any zip code that I put in. I used my local zip and within 100 miles-NADA and then I used several others for FL and IL and got the same result. I sent an email and received a response that I should try 6 different stores (Target being one and they DON'T carry it) with 2 of these stores are not even in Florida. So I call the 800# talk with a Collene who read me the response from "Patrica" (form email sender from 3M). I tried to explain that 2 of the stores are not even in Florida and she got snippy and said "we don't know which stores carry what products" Again, she wouldn't listen to me when I tried to tell her that 2 of the stores on the list DO NOT EXSIST in FL. I just wanted to know where to buy it without all of the hassle. 3M I used to use many of your products but with the customer service I received, I will be rethinking my position.
