In 1994 I purchased my home for 88000with Metropolitan Mortgage they sold the loan to Barnett Bank this Barnet Bank sold it to world savings Bank this Bank sold it to Wachovia Bank sold it Well Fargo. Unfortunate the loan was a pick payment interested rate loan only nothing ever applied to the principal, because I never understood the consequence, I refinance one time and took 36000 to pay my students loan. Well Fargo refused to modify the loan.
