On Monday 24 September i received a small panfleet with money off vouchers i realized it was not for me and cancelled it on Thursday 27 sept a lady name of Bethan siad she would see to it but in October £65 was taken out of my bank and still with all the phone call i am still waiting, the person who called me to start with assured me all would be o.K. If i canceled and the petrol coupon would be honured that has not been done his name is Allan, i have spoken to a Morgan and was promised the 8th of feb it would be in my bank that has obviosly been and gone, i did send a e-mail with the promise of a reply in 24 hours that was 3 weeks ago i am still waiting, i hope this can be sorted very soon
