SpiderWeave.com is a hosting company located in East Stroudsburg, Pa., who refused to transfer a domain name when a client left their hosting services, so the domain name could be used with a new hosting service, therefore effectively shutting down a clients email services and web site. They listed themselves as the registrant which is illegal, administrative contact which should be the real owner of the domain, billing contact and technical contact, therefore not giving the client control of their domain name for which they paid for. SpiderWeave refused to change it, in a futile attempt to retin a customer against the customers wishes.
