In January my wife received two cards in the mail offering "free" rings. They were not really free because we had to pay $6.99 S/H for each "free" ring. We thought that this was it. However on February 21 this company withdrew $56.98 twice (once for each one of the cards). I did not check her account until February 27 and that is when I discovered this withdrawal. I called to complain and was told that the terms of the offer were that they would automatically withdraw funds from our account then send us jewelry to preview and if we didn't want the items that we could return them and they would refund the money. That gives them about two weeks to use my money to make them more money. They then offered to return $99.98 of the money, which was unsatisfactory. I demanded a refund for the full amount of $113.98. I was told that the full refund would show up in our account in 2-3 business days. We will wait until March 1st or 2nd then check to see if they hold to their word or if we have to make another complaint.
