Welcomeloans.co.uk took 79.99 out of my account as an arrangement fee for a loan i didn't have, then took 79.99 again another 5 times totalling 479.94. The bank wont help and the customerservices team just tell me to email and write. I have emailed and written but not even a promise of a refund let alone any money returned to my bank.
