Ibought a watch on line for $5.99 plus shipping and was charged $98.00. They also charged me an additional $12.99 for something. This scam appeared on the Best Buy web sight after we purchased a television. I assumed it was a promotion for macking a purchase. Iwould truley like this resolved with the return of my $98.00.
