This was supposed to be a free watch offered for taking an online survey. I prepaid the shipping charges as directed and received what was supposed to be a free watch. On 4/15 I noticed a charge for $98 that I did not authorize for payment for the watch. This is a scam as I never agreed to or saw anything written that said that I would be charged for the watch after I received it or I would not have initiated the order.
