I purchased two scoopon vouchers for my best friend and I to have a 3hr pamper pack, I rang early january to make a booking for today 27/2, when we arrived at 9.40am for a 10am appointment we discovered they had left and done a runner overnight some weeks ago, apparently many many people have been turning up with their vouchers to be just as disappointed as I, please ensure that you do not advertise for anymore fly by nights as I am very annoyed and disappointed, especially at the fact it was part of a christmas present and losing $118.00. I would appreciate being reimbursed for this transaction as cannot afford to lose that kind of money, if not refunded my partner will take it to the media and fair trading thanking you Sandra J Swan
