I ordered a DVD, "Where the Lilies Bloom." I was going to watch it, and about half way through it, the picture became jumpy and distorted and not viewable. I contacted them, and they were quick to send a replacement. Well, to make a long story short, it did the same way as the first. I have contacted them 3 different times, about the DVD. I even tried playing one of my other DVDs, and my DVD player worked fine, It was not my DVD player, but the DVD. I have turned my case, over to the Better Business Bureau.
