I have emailed them 5 times so far. They charged me for a movie, then sent in it's place, another movie that I never ordered. I have tried many times to correct this order and NO response, what so ever. They even charged me for the higher priced movie and sent a movie much less in price. I cannot get anyone to help. I have asked for a refund, if they would not correct the problem, I even wrote to them I would send back the movie that they sent me by mistake. Still no response.
