I received an email at 10:30 pm on 2/24 that my "Verified by Visa" password had been changed. If I didn't change please contact my bank. Well I hadn't because I was sleeping at that time. I called the bank at 8:00 am on 2/25 and found that there was a charge for $26.95 from Moneybookers. They cancelled my card and issued a new one. The charge is still in the pre-authorized state, so I cannot fill out any paperwork until it clears.
