A charge of $26.95 from "moneybookers" showed up as "pending" on my (Visa) debit card, then two days later - on July 24th - the charge was posted as "Minecraft" and another. 81 posted as as an International Fee. PNC bank credited it back when I called to protest but they have since reversed that. I learned this in a letter sent to me. PNC is never available to answer the phone when I call their fraud line to repeat the protest. I had to cancel my card but I am still out $27.76.
