Mr. Steven Robertson
Consumer Report

I received a letter from The National Lottery with a cheque of CAD$3,750.00 deducted from the price winning of CAD$153,750.00 to enable to pay for Non-resident tax and processing fee of $2,620.00 payable into two tranches: $1,650.00 for Non-resident tax and $970.00 processing fee. I don't understanding why the contact person Mr. Steven Robertson - the claim consultant is telling me to do these payments immediately to 2 different places Western Union Money transfer and Money Gram and the payment are to send to an individual person not to National Lottery. This is very fishy and I'm not going to fall in to it. It would be better to do all the 2 payments required when their own cheques clears at the bank which takes at least 10 to 15 days. The cheque is drawn from Sun-Life Financial at RBC. It looks a real cheque and it might have funds on the account but is the authorize signature matches? Well I'm very skeptical that this is too good to be true. I will give them a benefit of the doubt but the account that I deposited the cheque is already been frozen for police fraud investigation. If its true winnings I'm happy because I'm broke and my family need the money and if it is a scam they can't scam a person that have not even a dollar to rub together.
