On 01/11, I placed an order that order included As seen on TV Beautyko Laser Beam Hair Removal System for a total of $101.00
Some time later, when I had not received the above item, and yet my order was listed as completed, I contacted them. They responded and eventually indicated that this was an error on the part of Beautyko. They subsequently indicated that they would fulfill the order.
Yesterday, I received a package in the mail from Beautyko, however it was not the item I had ordered.in fact it was a similar item, of a lesser quality, called a Pearl Hair Remover (see http://pearlhairremoval.com/). I am at a loss, at this point, because I do not want this cheaper item, and it is not what I ordered from.
In addition to this bait and switch incident, I still have not received an item from another order placed on 11/13. This order is still listed as "processing".

The company tells me that they will issue an in-store refund, which I do not want, after I send the merchandise back to them, at my own expense. Frankly, I don't trust them at this point, as they have been very unhelpful, and I should not have to pay any shipping for this bait and switch scam. I should not have to wait at all for a refund for the item that was never sent to me.
