The company has 42 updates in trying to get their software to work. On sat feb 23 i installed update 42 and when i updated my program i could not open any returns. I have had a whoe weekend wasted. I have already lost clients because i could not say when their returns would be ready. I have over 150 returns in my office which i cannot work on because of the problems with this program.
