Currently this structure is non - compliant w / the Hull Board of Health, unoccupied, and as a consequence the rent of 1% of the $448,000 value prior to contract or $ 4000.00 per month is currently in the arrears as of this date 2-24.
The total amounts paid for the $48,000.00 contract exceed $83369.50 this does not include the two engineer reports of Neil Murphy and John Spink of $1200.00 and $400.00.
Adam Andrews refuses to correct the issues reported to him by the Town of Hull, Neil Murphy, John Spink, and the property owner.
This failure to act has resulted in this loss of rental income, damage by weather, and reduction of equity by way of maintainence charges.
