I placed an order for delivery and asked the total price and was told $10.00 even. I asked did the prices go up and was told yes. I then requested a new menu with my order. I had just received the menu I had only approx. 3 months ago. My order according to the menu I had was $6.99 plus $1.85 which came to a total of $8.84. With the tax the total should have been $9.62. When my order was delivered it did not include the (so called) new menu. Neither did I receive an itemized receipt. I am a Senior Citizen and have been ordering from Silver Spoon for many years. I have always received an itemized receipt until today. I believe it is because I confronted them about the price of $10.00. Each time I have a delivery I ALWAYS tip the person $1.00 or more if the weather is bad. It may seem like a small amount but it is the principle of the matter. I believe they are doing this to many other Senior Citizens such as myself. I would appreciate any assistance in this matter and I am thanking you in advance.
