Tried to make a purchase, and was declined. Called credit card company to find out why and was told the transaction did go through. No More Rack had no record that the transaction went through.insisted it was denied. Blamed the bank for "holding" the money for the purchse as an authorized hold, for the total amount. The money was taken from the credit card, but I received a denial. When complained, was told money would be returned 5-7 days.
