I returned a defected battery bank that fried my iphone 5 charger. Then nomorerack gave me store credit back after I had to email them that the retuned item had reached them.
I do not want store credit to buy another defaulted product, I want my money returned to my card. Plus, nomorerack owes me a new iphone 5 charger. The person I emailed was incompetent to understand this after three emails. Then she gave me only 1 answer to my three questions. Even with my store credit, I have not received clear instruction on how to retain the credit. Even though I will not accept the store credit.
After all that, I called in to speak to a manager where I waited for half an HOUR and was hung up on. I had full service so it was not my service.
Simply, you see how upset and abused I feel. Nomorerack owes me a full refund and a iPhone 5 charger. If I do not get a proper response I will be adding a more professionally written complaint to the business bureaus nomoreracks complaint list.
