I placed an order back in early December for 3 NFL remotes. 1 Greenbay and 2 Patriots. These were Xmas gifts. Finally, after 3 weeks I received a tracking #. A few days later it arrived but sadly only 1 arrived and the 2 Patriots did not come but they all had the same tracking #. I called and complained that I only received part of my order and representative said they would have to call the vendor (i even asked for the vendors phone # and they would not give it to me) and I should get it before Xmas. I told them that it would be impossible to get before Xmas because it was the Thursday before. With in a few days I got an email saying that they gave me credit for my items. I looked at my credit card and did not see the credit. I looked at my NomoreRack account and they gave me store credit. I did not ask for store credit I wanted my items. I have been calling every other day to get my credit on my Credit Card that I used and they sent me an email saying that I will get it between 5-7 days and this has been since Jan. 1st. I called customer service again received an email today and they said it was still being processed. Never order from NOMORERACK.com
