I purchased a bag hoping for the real deal with some skepticism about the site but I went through with the purchase. I should have known by the poorly written descriptions, reviews and instructions. Once I received the product I was completely furious because it was so obviously fake. I returned it immediately and emailed them well over 10 times with no response in return. I still have no received any money back. Today I received a response back... 7 MONTHS LATER! She claims that my order was never made and that I had never purchased the item through their site. 7 months later and I'm still completely furious with them and still out $114.
