My credit card was hacked and purchases were made to this and other companies. I didn't even know Bellaplex existed. I cancelled my credit card a soon as I saw the fraudulent charges. I have received letters asking me for payments to Bellaplex. I have called several times and every time they assure me the account is closed.in my last call I asked for a letter staying the closing account, what I received was an email from someone with no company name or any formal info. Now I am receiving collections letters. If this is the kind of service when I didn't even buy the product, I can't imagine what happens when you actually get it!!
