We bought two Canada Goose Jackets from that website a year ago. We received a certificate of authenticity and the life time warranty paper for both jackets. We did not think it was scam because the jackets still said made in canada. One of those jackets got sent to the dry cleaner, and the buttons on the jacket melted and ruined the coat. The dry cleaner said that the coat is fake because 1- the inside of its hood is in Flanel which is a different material than what Canada Goose uses. 2- genuine Canada Goose jacket are resistant to the machine used and will not get ruined.
Their website is down but google is full of scam information about this company. (Meanwhile before placing the order we searched to see if there are any complaints about this company and found none)
The only way we were able to find the company name is by going back into our credit card statements and confirm the charge on our credit card.
Our next step is to contact our Bank, and submit an anti-counterfeit form on www.canadagoose.com.
