I bought a canada goose jacket and was billed from Baofoo Fashionmall. When I placed the order, I read all the return policies which I completely understood. Now that I'm trying to return the jacket, no one will answer my e-mails. Can't speak to anyone. Very bad customer service. Don't place any orders from this website, it's a scam!!!
