I fell for an add for Canada Goose jackets. The website looks just like the original, and I, believing that this was for real, tried to purchase a jacket. However, I was unable to confirm the transaction, and gave up. The next day I did some research and found that this had to be a company selling fake products, and I was relieved that my transaction had failed.
Well, today I received a package, rather big, claiming to contain a 100% cotton T-shirt of the value of $25.inside I found a rather look-alike replica but by far of the same quality as the original. When checking my account, I saw that app. $200 had been withdrawn. Seeing as I had payed with VISA (being the only card accepted on the site) I had no opportunity to stop my money from going to this Chinese scam company. Returning the jacket and asking them to do the same with my money will probably lead to nothing, but I don't intend to keep this jacket anyway, so I guess it's going back nevertheless.
