Purchased free trial of beauty pro serum in Jan received on 15th Jan after paying £4.95 for postage only. After receiving it and not using any of it, I sent it back to the Florida address, on the 17th Jan. I spoke to an employee who gave me an RMA number. Sent it through Airsure costing me a further £9.36. Was advised that would be it and as I had not signed up to a subscription, I thought this would be the end. No went to check my bank account on 18th Feb to find out they had taken £119.00 from my bank account, leaving me in debit with bank charges also pending. Phoned the company again furious, they tried to tell me they hadn't received the returned goods. I then gave them the information from my Post Office receipt. They have emailed me and said they are now going to refund my £119.00 but I won't hold my breath. Scam is an under statement!!!
