I sent for two trial offers for which I was only going to be charged for the postage. I paid for the postage then I received my ank statement to find that I had been charged on 26 May 88.00 sterling from totalbodywell.com and 77.00 sterling from healthstore-shop.com I telephone the number in the UK but since found that this call would have gone to the US of A spoke to a person who certainly wasn't a bit interested and might have been better if it was a robot. I asked for my money back ha ha. I would never buy anything off the internet ever again. I can ill afford the money taken out of my account as it is a great chunk of my pension. Not sure whether they will contact me as also not sure as to whether they have received my complaint sent via the internet which was also to know how to send these two items back, which gave me a rash and left my face sticky I would be grateful of any help as apparently they are insinuating that they will be keeping my money even though I have asked them to cancel my account and I wish to return the two items.
