I ordered a set of Dallas TV series DVD set Dec 10/13 - was for a Christmas gift; weeks went by & no parcel yet the monetary amt had come off our credit card statement under "XEO Vent Oakville ON; sent multiple emails & kept receiving apologetic responses from "Gordon Kennedy" stating it likely got lost in transit & that they had sent out a new package at no cost to us & would be arriving in 10-13 days; another month had passed & still no parcel; have been trying to email company back but emails not going through;then decided to google DVD Moose & noted others had the exact same experience as we did - found out it is a scam.
