I closed an account with direct tv on 12/10. I have been with them for over 10yrs and have paid every bill on time, but changed to xfinity for faster internet service and it was cheaper with the bundle. After receiving a credit for 5.61 as a final bill in january they sent a bill for 6.35 saying i ordered a pay per view movie 12/26 that i did not pay for based on the memory card i sent back with the equipment i disputed this with terra csr grace supv patrick lead supv and currently waiting a callback from manager jennifer.
