This company sells online download marketing products with a 30 money back guarantee. After 6 months now of promises of a refund via the only contact available, email, they have not refunded my money. I filed a request for a chargeback with Visa, and this company then requested Visa to reverse the chargeback, and Visa did. I have 6 emails from them saying that they are sorry and they are processing my refund, but they not only did not refund the money, they refused to allow Visa to reverse the charge. They are absolutely the worst company I have dealt with to date. I would avoid them completely if you can.
