Went to review my visa statement on-line to confirm recent transactions and noticed this charge which I did not authorize. Contacted Ternneckhelp 800 number. They said it was for purchase of products which I did not order any products. The representative provided me a confirmation number and said they would no longer further charge but would not confirm that they would reverse this charge. So I am now sending a letter to my credit card company to request an investigation and to reverse this charge.
