My company sells fitness and wellness devices. It happend the second time that, a dispute by a customer who paid with his/her Visa credit card, get their money refunded, yet, the device as well.
We have a sixty days money back guaranty. Should be plenty of time in the US to return if you don't like the product. So, if it is over that time, the client can not return and be refunded. Visa, after 6 months, pulled the money out of our account $ 2,950.00 and refunded the customer her money. So, if you like to purchase expensive stuff, use your visa card. The money will be returned to you, and no one will care if you returned the products.
Visa runs people's money as if they are a teacher in a kindergarden.
They give the verdict, chage you a $400 penalty, and can care less wether you are just earning your money, through honest hard work.
I think it is time to have any authority look into the crime protecting acts of Visa.
