I ordered Item for gift, never received, continuous auto emails indicating delay. Now, feb. 2013 still no DVD's. When I initially ordered I expected delay due to holidays but never a scam. Beware, no contact numbers or city locations for assistance only email. This is first time for me, yet still discouraging. What are the chances for recovery. But, it's enough if no other individuals are taken by this so called company
