Tried to download on line a manual, all I received was an icon. Immediately cancelled my charge card. I am in the process of disputing the charges with my card company. The money was taken from Media Crawl, and applied back to my card. Media Crawl actually sent a rebuttal to the card company. "Crawl" is a good term for this company, as crawl like a snake!
