While working in Paypal a questionaire appeared purporting to be from Paypal.in which I was informed that if I completed I qualified for a free gift which I accepted. For a nominal postage cost of $3 A few days later I was emailed to say that the Free Gift was now a Trial sample which I could use for 14 days and if it was not returned to their company in Israel I would be billed for $140. I have a number of times to contact the company. But they are not accepting emails or phone calls. I am now returning the sample unused to the Israel address via Post Office Registered post, but am worried that they could say that it has not arrived then I would be responsible for the balance of money
