Was told that consulor would work on my behalf to reduce APR on credit cards. (this was after I tried to dispute the original charge $898 on my credit card since it stated that I purchased a software package... Which was never relayed in sales pitch). Counselor would not call on scheduled appointments, after SEVERAL calls into Customer Care, a councelor did call me back... Only to have "technical issues" one day and a "flood" the next week/scheduled appointment.
I have now tried to call back for the last 4 months and get a fast-busy. I am NOT getting ANYTHING for my $898 and expect a refund. Please let me know if I can do anything to help. Thanks!
