Ordered a plant for my father's birthday, 2/14. Paid via credit card, and felt comfortable as they were identified as a FTD florist and the order would be filled through a local florist in Rocky Ford, CO. I was asked to supply my email address, for which I assumed there would be an order confirmation. When no confirmation arrived, I began calling the company to verify my order. I have four telephone numbers for the company, and the message suggests rendering a complaint at [email protected]. I have been and left a voice message with them at one of the four numbers. It is now 2/19, and still no plant for my father and no available representative of the company.
