I placed an order on 3/5/3013 (by the way 2013 not an option on your own form!) I received two confirmation emails. My money was taken. I gave home and work addresses and my sister's phone to make sure they got them to her. I was reassured she would get them today. Guess what? She never was contacted, never called her or came to her home or buisness. She is thousands of miles away from me and your incompetence and SCAM!!! Ruined her birthday. I tried 5 different phone numbers all led to the same recorded voice with an error in the message when checking on an existing order. I tried pressing one and guess what... Got the same person twice who claimed she couldn't pull up my information. She then forwarded my call to a bogus supervisor recording to leave a message. If I do not hear from this crap company within 24 hours and get the proper bouquet to my sister OR my money back... You will be hearing from my lawyer, I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. Which conviently on your site links is down for maintenance. I have trying for three hours to just find out which local florist was used so I could speak to them directly. The reviews you post don't include the unhappy customers. Don't you think that would be fair? Or don't you care? Thanks for ruining my sister's birthday!!! You suck!!!
